Wellow Heritage & Tourism Group
This group was established to provide dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to work in the recent Lottery funded Wellow Heritage Project. Members of the group carried out a lot of research and produced the many outputs of the project.
They now aim to carry out further research and projects within the village and parish of Wellow.
Using the facilities of the Schoolroom we will also engage guest speakers to educate us in local history.

8 June 2023 at 7.30 pm: A talk Entitled: The History of the Grove and Rufford Hunt Presented by Mr Bill Eastwood.
15 July 2023 at 2.00 pm: Join us for a heritage walk around the village of Wellow and an opportunity to see our Heritage Centre in the Schoolroom.
20th July 2023 at 7.30pm: A talk entitled: Stables & Coach Houses of North Notts by Janine Buckley. (Poster to follow)
